Format:

• Playday, No Game; however, you will receive a dotted scorecard should you decide to play a friendly game within your group. 

Tees in Use:  Blue Tees at 6,277 yards 137 Slope, 70.9 rating - White Tees at 5,893 yards, 131 slope, 69.1 rating - Gold Tees at 5,424 yards, 126 slope, 66.7 rating.

Signup Procedure: 

• Entry Fee is $67 per player.
• There will be a player limit of 96 registrants.  

• Players will be able to sign up as a single, double, threesome, or foursome.   
  • When registering for multiple players, one player must sign up and pay for all. Register yourself first, then click on the button to "Add another member to my team."  Ensure you have the tee selections handy for the players you are registering.   After registering any or all additional players, click on all the waiver boxes and submit.   
  • The next page will list the players you have registered. When completed, click on the "next" button.   
  • On the next page, you will enter your credit card information, confirm the amount, and click the "Pay" button.  
  • All players for whom you have registered will receive confirmation notices from Golf Genius. 
  • If you do not sign up as a foursome, you may send a pairing request email prior sign up close. Note any remain spots in your group will be filled with subsequent registrations. Send Pairing Requests to MikePutnam@Bellsouth.Net.

Editing or Cancelling Registrations:

• Players may access their registration during the registration period to edit or cancel it.  
• If you have signed up multiple players, you may cancel the group but cannot cancel or edit individual players.   They must log in with their ID and cancel or edit their own registration.   If you have signed up multiple players and wish to cancel your registration but leave the other players in the field, please submit your cancellation requests to Keith Siever pilot114@mac.com.
• The Golf Genius team handles refunds manually for this event. If you cancel your registration, the team will be automatically notified, and you should see the refund on your card within three to five business days. 
• If you have issues with payments, cancellations or changes, email Keith Siever pilot114@mac.com.
• Cancellations requested after signups close will not be refunded for any reason.

Entry Fee:  $67

Credit card payment is mandatory and charged to your card at the time of registration.   If you cancel at any time during the registration period, your entire entry fee will be automatically refunded to the card used (if the card has been canceled between registration and withdrawal, contact the tournament coordinator).   If you are waitlisted for a tournament, your card will be authorized during registration but will not be charged until you are promoted off the waitlist into the field.  Cancellations after sign-ups close must be made via phone call to the Tournament Coordinator listed at the top of this page.   Refunds will not be issued for any reason for late cancellations or no-shows.  

Handicap determination: 

Handicap Indexes will be downloaded from GHIN at the close of sign-ups.   Playing Handicaps will be computed using the tee selection on the registration form, which may not be changed after registration closes.   The Handicap Allowance for this event is 100%.

Score Posting: 

As we are not running a tournament for this Playday, players will be responsible for posting their own scores to GHIN.

Player's Legal Responsibilities:   Participating players acknowledge there are inherent risks in the game of golf.  Participants are responsible for their conduct and must promptly pay for any damage to the club (including, without limitation, damage to the golf course, golf cars, clubhouse, or other property, including personal injury) caused by any of the participant's acts or omissions   Participants shall also be responsible for any damage to houses, cars or other property caused by any of the participants acts or omissions, including, without limitation, injury to persons hit by a participant's golf ball.   NASMGA and the hosting club are not responsible for any injury to participants or damage to any property caused by participants.   NASMGA and the club are not responsible for the security or any damage to or the loss of golf clubs or any personal property brought to the club, for any item left unattended, or for loss or damage that occurs in the club's parking areas.   No food or beverage of any kind can be brought into or removed from the club by NASMGA or any participant.
